Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 14, 2026

App Pricing Manager is built so that your data stays yours. The app has no accounts, no sign-up, and no server of ours in the middle — it talks to Apple directly from your device.

TIP

In short: your data syncs only to your personal iCloud, RevenueCat is used solely to check your subscription, and nothing else is ever sent anywhere.

What we collect

Nothing. We don’t operate servers that receive your data, and the app contains no ads and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.

Your App Store Connect key

To read and update your prices, the app uses an App Store Connect API key that you provide. The key is stored in your device’s keychain and, if you have iCloud Keychain enabled, synced by Apple between your own devices. It is sent only to Apple’s App Store Connect API and never to anyone else. We have no way to see it.

Your pricing data

Apps, prices, drafts, presets, and push history are stored on your device and synced only to your personal iCloud database (CloudKit). That database belongs to your Apple Account; only you can access it — we can’t see it, and it is never sent to us or to any third party.

Purchases

Subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store. The only third-party service the app uses is RevenueCat, and only for one job: checking whether your subscription is active. It receives an anonymous identifier and App Store receipt information — no name, no email, and none of your pricing data. See the RevenueCat privacy policy.
