Terms of Use
Last updated: July 14, 2026
These terms apply to the App Pricing Manager app for macOS and iPadOS. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. The app is distributed through the App Store, so Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
License
You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control. You may use it for the App Store Connect accounts you are authorized to manage.
Subscriptions
The app requires an auto-renewing subscription ({pm}/month or {py}/year). Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store account settings. Prices may change in the future — existing subscribers are notified in advance.
Your prices, your decisions
The app suggests prices and shows the data behind them, but nothing is changed automatically: every change is applied to App Store Connect only after you review and push it, using your own API key. You are responsible for the changes you push, for the state of your products, and for complying with Apple’s Developer Program License Agreement.
No guarantees
Suggested prices, forecasts, and results are estimates based on available data. They are not financial advice, and we don’t guarantee any revenue outcome. The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits — arising from the use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the last 12 months.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
